ARIC EPPERSON joined ACM in February 2002 as the Supervisor of Maintenance, managing ACM's 10 Building Engineers. Aric himself also responds to maintenance requests on various properties. He works closely with each vendor to ensure the work required is not only completed but done so correctly. Various maintenance items are performed by Aric in an effort to avoid added costs by third party vendors such as minor electrical work, plumbing, HVAC and fire alarm troubleshooting. Aric has the knowledge of Control and Energy Management systems. He will work along side the Property Managers to assist with annual budgeting, supervise construction projects and consult on upgrade projects. As any new maintenance personnel are hired by ACM, Aric would be the main contact for training each to ensure the Engineers are as successful as possible sharing his 25 years of experience.
