DANA CHESHIRE joined ACM in March 2018 as a Property Manager. She currently manages a portfolio of approximately 922,496 square feet over 20 properties.
Her responsabilities include all aspects of the property management of the asset including tenant relations, financial analysis and coordination of capital projects. As well, she handles the day to day operations of each property.
Dana came to ACM with 16 years of prior property management experience where she managed over 253,000 square feet of retail and office buildings. Today Dana works with various owners for not only office and retail but medical, industrial and associations as well.
